How to Use Essential Oils Effectively by using Inhalation

By mixing about 2 quarts of boiling water with 3 to 4 drops of your favorite essential oil, you can do a very simple inhalation. Many essential oil users will do this when they have a cold or the flu. Make a type of tent over your face with a towel or washcloth and simply inhale the steam from the pot for about 10 minutes. Be careful not to burn yourself by getting too close to the steam. You can also use this process for a sore throat of a deep skin cleanse.
