Lemongrass Oil

For a more woodsy aroma that will help you to fight off stress, try sandalwood. It is known for helping with mental clarity and focus, as well as stress. Sandalwood has been used for hundreds of years to help give the mind a positive outlook on life and harmony and balance in life. You can inhale sandalwood simply by putting two drops on your hands and rubbing them together. Then open your hands and take in the aroma.
